Chapters
Each Chapter is responsible for a section of the banner, and is to be a contact point for events in the region. They are to be available to send and/or take the banner to events within their region, to do a modest amount of publicizing the project,and to coordinate rentals with private events such as weddings. Each chapter must choose a contact person to keep in touch with the executive committee and to be listed on the website. Each chapter must also choose a treasurer to keep track of it's finances.
In addition to these basic responsibilities, each chapter may choose to take on more if they wish; including but not limited to: holding sewing bees to lengthen the banner, organizing events and rallies, letter-writing campaigns, and actively seeking out events for the banner to be present at.
